Semera is an independent iOS application that runs large language models entirely on-device, keeping every conversation private and fully offline. I work on it in my free time and handle everything myself — from product design and interaction patterns to the full implementation. The project is an exploration of what a genuinely private AI experience looks like when the model lives on your phone instead of in the cloud, and it's given me the chance to go deep on both the design and engineering sides of building a polished, native iOS app from scratch.
